<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Senior Organizational Development Manager, US<strong> </strong>is a strategic role responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the organization effectiveness and performance and sustainable growth. This position focus on assessing the organization’s structure, processes and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborates closely with business leaders and HR teams to design and implement global programs and initiatives that enhance organizational performance and implementing strategies for growth and development.</span></p>
