You will need deep experience with application/database internals, proficiency in solving real-world data management challenges in high scale systems, and proven ability to design, develop, and optimize the critical data processing systems. Required Skills & Experience 7 years of development experience, with at least 5 years of experience in optimizing large scale applications and databases . Strong knowledge o f structured and unstructured database fundamentals, design, architecture, performance and scalability A mastery of a programming languages (e.g. Java, C) and strong Object-Oriented programming skills with focus on optimizations, design patterns and best practices for performance and scalability. Strong knowledge and experience with optimizing queries on Oracle or similar relational databases Familiar with AI/LLM Models and GPU’s Familiar with generative-AI technologies and agentic frameworks Development experience with PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle, or other database technologies Strong understanding of schema design and SQL development Strong experience with IAAS (AWS or GCP). Major points for familiarity with multi-tenant architecture. A proven track record of optimization and design improvements for performance and scalability. Hands-on experience with JavaScript ,CSS, JS frameworks and Browser Internals Experience performance profiling and optimizing JavaScript & CSS and also  detecting and fixing JavaScript memory leaks. Expertise with Selenium webdriver for UI automation Outstanding attention to detail and strong communication skills Extra credit if you have in-depth and clear understanding of performance engineering concepts, methodologies, tools, metrics and analysis. A related technical degree required. Desired Skills & Experience Experience and knowledge of structured and unstructured databases.
