Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement innovative commodity strategies that align supplier capabilities with Intel's business objectives and technology roadmaps. - Drive supplier development through collaboration and innovation to provide sustainable, high-quality, cost-effective solutions. - Maintain deep knowledge of industry dynamics and market trends to proactively address upcoming supply chain needs. - Negotiate contracts that ensure predictable cost, quality, availability, and technology solutions, while adhering to procurement policies. - Manage supplier relationships to align with Intel's goals, including risk mitigation, cost reduction, and supplier performance improvement. - Lead periodic reviews of commodity sourcing strategies, adjusting to market conditions and business needs to ensure continuity and competitive advantage. - Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance and legal, to address commercial and contractual issues with suppliers. - Support sustainability and regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring supplier adherence to Intel's standards. - Conduct analyses and provide insights to support critical decision-making, negotiations, and cost optimization. Qualifications: Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Art and Science, or a related field. - 4 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related area. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of Intel's global supply chain methodologies, systems, and capacity planning. - Familiarity with sourcing and inventory management tools and processes. - Proven expertise in supplier relationship management, financial analysis, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation strategies. - Strong proficiency in data analysis and market intelligence to support strategic sourcing decisions. - Experience working with cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges and optimize solutions.
