Job Details: Job Description: The Role and Impact: Intel is seeking a highly motivated Operations Finance Specialist to join our Advanced Packaging Foundry Finance team. This role is instrumental in shaping financial strategies while delivering data-driven insights to drive operational excellence. You will play an essential part in translating business strategy into actionable financial targets and supporting Intel's profitability goals. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with diverse teams across the organization, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial plans aligned with Intel's strategic goals, ensuring controlled risk and reward-based decision-making. Analyze business performance against budget and forecasts, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Perform cost/benefit and sensitivity analyses for various scenarios, providing actionable insights to business teams. Benchmark key performance indicators against internal and external peers to identify best practices. Design and deliver automated financial reports using business intelligence tools to provide meaningful insights. Drive financial evaluation improvements through efficient methods and automation. Collaborate with operational teams to integrate outcomes with financial performance, informing strategic discussions and driving enhanced results. Partner with business teams to optimize investment budget and evaluation of strategic deals. Qualifications: You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel's immigration sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 324 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting roles. Experience in financial modeling and analysis. Experience in financial systems such as PowerBI, PowerQuery, SAP, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or CPA. Demonstrated ability to create actionable insights through data manipulation and reporting. Experience in Foundry finance or manufacturing is strongly preferred. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is a plus. Proven skills in scenario planning, capacity planning, or depreciation forecasting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
