This team serves as a core strategic and operational business partner to the GTM organizations, playing a critical role in driving GTM growth. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic force multiplier and a trusted advisor to GTM leadership.What You'll DoPartner closely with GTM leaders to shape GTM strategy, refine existing processes, and optimize execution across the organizationDrive Rhythm of the Business rigor and scalability by implementing operational processes and cadences that enable structured growthPartner with business leaders to define and drive strategic initiatives, iterating on new approaches in ambiguous or undefined areasIndependently define and lead high priority GTM initiatives that address complex, high-impact problemsLead research and analysis to shape Harvey’s GTM “Minimum Deployable Unit” strategy and guide resource allocationIdentify and remove operational bottlenecks across the customer journey by optimizing the deployment of specialized GTM expertise and resourcesWhat You Have5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Finance or Legal.
