This role leads partner strategy and execution across defined segments or products, working cross-functionally to deliver sustained business impact through partner-led initiatives.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage strategic partner relationships, leading co-marketing efforts and ensuring partners are enabled to successfully market DeelIdentify priority industries, partner profiles, and markets for expansion, and lead the development of new partnershipsIdeate, launch, and optimise co-marketing campaigns with clear performance goalsScale, nurture, and optimise partnerships beyond launch, identifying new revenue opportunitiesOwn and manage partnerships' P&L, forecasting performance and optimising ROIAct as a subject-matter expert for partnerships internallyCompetencies & Proficiency ExpectationsProblem Solving : Proactively identifies inefficiencies, develops solutions independently, and documents improvements to scale success.Adaptability : Leads adaptation across partner workstreams, creates structure in ambiguity, and ensures continuity through change.Customer Focus : Owns complex partner relationships, resolves escalations, and recommends improvements based on partner insights.Ownership: Drives complex partnership initiatives end-to-end, proactively managing risk and alignment.Stakeholder Management: Leads stakeholder strategy for key partners and resolves misalignment constructively.Planning & Prioritisation: Owns planning for a portfolio of partnerships, incorporating trade-offs and scenario planning.Communication: Influences decisions using clear, data-backed communication and coaches others on best practices.Execution & Impact: Aligns initiatives to shared goals, removes blockers, and ensu ...
