Sales Development Rep (Fleet) - Piston Sales Development Rep - Fleet What You’ll Be Doing at Piston Technologies: - Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting, email outreach, and strategic calling - Qualify leads by uncovering pain points, gathering critical data, and assessing readiness to move forward - Work closely with the sales team to book discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups - Maintain a high volume of daily outreach activity while keeping messaging thoughtful and targeted - Collect and maintain accurate data in our CRM to support a healthy pipeline and informed follow-ups - Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities created What We’re Looking For: - Prior experience in a sales development, customer-facing, or high-output role - Eagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact — we love self-starters - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational habits and a willingness to own your daily schedule - A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment What we hope you have: - Summer sales or equivalent experience in a sales role - Consistent history of exceeding quotas in previous roles - Strong prospecting skills and expertise in managing the entire sales cycle
