This internship offers hands-on experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and business analytics. You’ll work closely with finance and strategy teams, gaining exposure to financial reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making in a dynamic business environment. This is a great opportunity to develop analytical skills, gain real-world finance experience, and contribute to impactful projects. HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE... - Assist in financial forecasting, account reconciliation, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. - Compile internal daily and monthly KPI reporting to management - Analyze key business metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize financial performance. - Prepare financial workbooks for leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights. - Compile data and prepare a variety of financial reports related to revenue reconciliation and recognition - Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies - Prepare account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process for revenue, A/R, deferred revenue, and/or other areas as assigned - Support cross-functional teams by providing financial insights and recommendations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop models and reports that drive business efficiency. - Gain exposure to executive-level discussions on financial strategy and planning. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR... - Currently pursuing or recent grad with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - Team player who exhibits effective interpersonal skills with a collaborative style and has an eagerness to learn - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively - A self-starter with strong attention to detail who is well organized, can think creatively and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED… - Prior internship or coursework in FP&A, business analytics, or corporate finance - Experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
