Research Scientist About the role We’re looking for a top‑tier Research Scientist to join our tech team. Your core responsibilities will be to: - Lead Research for Linkup - Design and implement state-of-the-art retrieval and ranking systems for AI agents - Prototype, train, and evaluate new models for factual search and multimodal understanding - Build robust research pipelines, develop, deploy, and iterate on experiments end-to-end - Master the technical scope of your domain and raise the bar for scientific and engineering rigor - Collaborate on research roadmaps and drive key modeling and evaluation decisions - Own large cross-functional initiatives from exploration to production - Work autonomously alongside the CTO and the rest of the Software & ML teams - Contribute to a strong research culture through experiment tracking, reviews, and knowledge-sharing REQUIREMENTS You’re a great match if you: - Are excited to help build Google for AI agents- and believe in Linkup’s mission https://www.notion.so/Join-Linkup-9a304f74df4544bf83d9b23c3b31b699?pvs=21 - Have strong experience in research in information retrieval, computer science or machine learning. PhD is preferred, MS. is a must.
