ABOUT THE ROLE As Chief of Staff, you’re the CEO’s strategic partner and execution engine. You turn strategy into coordinated action, connect teams around shared priorities and ensure decisions don’t just get made — they get delivered. You’ll level up our operating rhythm, strengthen decision-making, unlock executive bandwidth and drive the delivery of our highest-impact priorities. WHERE AND HOW YOU’D WORK This is a hybrid role based in our flagship office in Antwerp. We also have an office in London, Austin and co-working spaces in Reading and Melbourne. WHAT YOU’LL DO Leadership Rhythm & Accountability Own and evolve our operating cadence (OKRs, weeklies, quarterlies, offsites). - Ensure leaders are prepared, aligned and follow through — even when the CEO can’t be in the room. Cross-Functional Alignment & Decision Velocity - Create clarity across Product, Revenue, Customer, Finance and Ops. - Drive fast, well-structured decisions and ensure they translate into action. CEO Leverage & Strategic Partnership - Act as the CEO’s right hand: anticipate needs, close loops, remove friction. - Free up ~30% of CEO bandwidth and support board/exec prep and strategic narrative. - Serve as a trusted sounding board on performance and priorities. Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects - Lead 2–4 high-impact, cross-functional initiatives per year from scope to delivery. - Balance strategic thinking with pragmatic, hands-on execution. Reporting, Visibility & Leadership Enablement - Maintain clear, lightweight visibility on progress and priorities. - Translate data and insight into crisp executive-level narratives. - Enable leaders to connect their work to company-level outcomes. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Experience - 5+ years in consulting, business ops, or Chief-of-Staff–type roles in high-growth B2B SaaS (or similar). - Proven ability to drive exec-level alignment, accountability and follow-through. - Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with C-suite exposure. - Comfortable owning planning, OKRs and performance cadences. - Bonus: exposure to commercial strategy, forecasting or board/investor prep. Skills - Strong operator with deep fluency in OKRs, planning cycles and exec reporting. - Sharp analytical thinker who connects operational signals to commercial outcomes. - Excellent project/programme management; turns ambiguity into clarity and delivery. - Outstanding communicator — crisp, concise, high-signal. - Proficient with modern productivity and BI tools (Asana, Notion, Sheets, Slides, dashboards).
