About the role As head of finance at Nudge, you will: - Own all financial operations end-to-end: accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, and procurement - Build scalable systems, tools, and controls to support rapid growth - Ensure financial accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across the company - Partner with leadership on planning, runway, and capital allocation About you - 5+ years of experience leading finance at an early-stage or high-growth tech/R&D company - Hands-on experience across accounting, FP&A, and operational finance - Comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution - Built and scaled financial systems and processes from the ground up - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills - High integrity and strong professional judgement
