What you’ll be doing
- Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences, from initial concept through polished execution.
- Build on our existing design foundations by refining patterns, improving consistency, and contributing to the evolution of our design system.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross functional partners to shape problem definitions, explore solutions, and ship polished outcomes.
- Translate user insights, data, and feedback into clear interaction models and elegant visual solutions.
- Produce high quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final production assets with strong attention to detail.
- Continuously iterate on shipped work using customer feedback and product metrics to drive measurable improvements.
What we’re looking for
- 6+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced environment, with a portfolio that demonstrates your best work.
- Thrive in an environment where you have autonomy to execute and take initiative, especially in a fast-paced startup.
- Deep understanding of design systems and a strong sense of visual and interaction design craft.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, as you'll be joining on the ground floor and building the business
- Eligible to work in Canada
