If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div><p>The <strong>Fastening Team Member</strong> will be responsible to provide support to the daily operation, minimize production downtime, and solving technical issues related with torque systems on production of Company’s world-class vehicles. Excellent attendance is crucial for team to achieve success. She/he must have the ability to work with various departments across General Assembly. They will also be required to work closely with engineering, quality, and suppliers in various aspects of the overall manufacturing process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within Company and outside.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You Will:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide technical support and guidance on fastening-related matters</li> <li>Support with troubleshooting for basic issues related with the fastening system.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li>Provide support on data interpretation for Quality related issues</li> <li>Work as an integral part of the Production Fastening Team to ensure smooth operations and efficient output.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li>Collaborate with different departments to meet production goals.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li>Support line calls for torque system.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li>Responsible for performing torque surveillance procedure and report.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li>Conduct calibration for several types of Torque systems per WIS<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li>Work with Manufacturing Engineers to support process change implementations.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li>Setup, install and maintain Torque equipment to meet quality goals.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li>Responsible for implementing reaction plan for systems damage according to GA (General Assembly) procedures.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li>Work with Fastening Engineers to inventory torque systems, accessories, and spares.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li>Follow standardized procedures and ensure adherence to quality control standards.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li>Strictly adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all staff members.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li>Adherence to Environmental Health and Safety standards including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by job assignment.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li> <li>Assist in the continuous improvement of Fastening processes and identify ...
