THE WORK: Ripple is growing its Global Compliance team and seeks tan hire a Analyst, Global Investigations. Ripple is committed to augmenting its AML programs to ensure maximum compliance with regulatory obligations. We are passionate about improvements to global transaction analytical tools for effective monitoring of customer transaction activity across all regulated products services. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Conduct transaction screening, monitoring, investigations, and Suspicious Transaction/Activity reporting across all of Ripple's regulated lines of business and regions Perform periodic evaluation of internal controls and recommend solutions for identified risks Use a variety of analytical techniques and systems to make informed decisions on detected transaction patterns Have the ability to work independently with minimal direction inside a team environment Be committed to developing standard processes and tools for effective transaction monitoring and investigations of unusual activity Work closely with Compliance Technology teams on efforts to improve existing monitoring tools for efficient detection of suspicious activity, patterns, trends, etc. Be passionate about using data and software tools to prevent and detect AML/OFAC risk and other types of unlawful activity on the Ripple protocol.
