Job Summary: Andela is looking for a Social Media Content Specialist to scale the creation of high-performing, social-first content across our owned channels. In this role, you’ll take existing video assets—executive interviews, podcasts, event footage—and optimize them into thumb-stopping short-form content that engages our global audience. You’ll also develop visual carousels and image assets utilizing brand guidelines and templates to support content themes. This role also involves lightweight video capture (e.g. at events or with our technologists), editing native platform videos, and contributing to new formats like Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn video. This is a creative, execution-focused role designed to help us grow brand awareness and help us meet rising engagement and visibility expectations.
