Account Manager
VenteurSan Francisco, CAPosted 27 March 2026
Job Description
At Venteur, we are dedicated to transforming healthcare in America. Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of the trillions of dollars spent on their behalf—spending that is currently dictated by HR departments and brokers. We believe that putting this power back in the hands of the individual will lead to better health outcomes for everyone.
The market is at a turning point. Just as the workforce transitioned from company-controlled pensions to individual-empowered 401(k)s forty years ago, new regulations are now enabling healthcare to shift from rigid group plans to a consumer-centric solution: the Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA). Our technology-led platform changes how businesses offer benefits and empowers employees to truly prioritize wellness and longevity.
Why Join?
We are seeking passionate individuals who thrive on exploration and learning. As an early-stage startup, we offer immense opportunities for career advancement and the unique financial upside of being an early employee at a future technology giant. If you are a problem-solver with empathetic communication skills, help us pave the way toward a more personalized future.
This is an onsite role based in our San Francisco or Chicago offices, where you will collaborate directly with our Account Management team.
Our Values
Our culture is our strength. We live by these principles across the organization:
- Approach Every Situation with Kindness
- Bias for Action
- Say “Yes” to the Hard Things
- Insist on the Highest Standards
- Strive for Empathy and Shared Understanding
- Leave the Campsite Better than You Found It
- Earn Trust—and Keep It
- Have Each Other’s Back
About the Role
The Account Manager is a high-visibility, high-impact position responsible for guiding employer customers through the transition to innovative health benefits.
You will lead the successful onboarding and ongoing relationship management for our large, high-value employer partnerships—the heartbeat of our organization. These "Applicable Large Employers" (ALEs) often have complex benefit strategies and evolving support needs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as an ICHRA Subject Matter Expert: Advise new clients on ICHRA best practices, change management, and training options.
-Oversee Data-Driven ICHRA Onboarding and Implementation: Leverage data to ensure a seamless transition to the Venteur platform.
-Strategic Post-Sales Support and Growth: Post-onboarding, partner with business owners to share insights on adoption, customer satisfaction, and the long-term value-add of Venteur’s expertise.
