How You Stand Out: Experience & Background: • 2+ years of Class A CDL driving experience. • Comfort working around heavy machinery, pumps, valves, tanks, or similar. • Experience with mechanical and electrical components, basic troubleshooting. • Forklift/telehandler/skid steer/tractor operation (or willingness to learn!) Skills & Traits: • Autonomous, resourceful, and solutions-oriented under pressure. • Physically able to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outside in all conditions. • Strong communicator with a “can do” mindset. • Excited to wear multiple hats and influence how we scale carbon removal. • Bonus points for 5+ years in oilfield drilling, production, or refining. Your Role in Action: Transport & Injection Support: • Safely transport bio-oil from rail terminals to our injection sites. • Load/unload tanker cars and operate site equipment (pumps, valves, tanks, automation systems). Site Operations & Maintenance: •  Monitor flow, pressure, and temperature during injection, responding to alarms in real time. •  Troubleshoot downtime and share learnings to improve reliability. •  Perform routine maintenance and coordinate with vendors when needed. •  Collect, analyze, and prepare shipment of samples. Cross-Team Influence: •  Act as the eyes and ears of the operation—spotting opportunities for improvements. •  Provide feedback directly to R&D and fabrication teams to help design for operability, maintainability, and efficiency.
