About the role Nium is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Director of FP&A to lead our financial planning and analysis function. This role will own the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights, serving as a critical thought partner to executive leadership, the Board, and investors. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Director of FP&A will be responsible not just for financial outputs, but for helping the business understand reality, anticipate outcomes, and make better decisions in a complex, global payments environment. This is not merely a reporting role. It is a leadership role that requires strong judgment, deep operational understanding, and the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable insight.
