Role overview This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for defining how Instarem wins with consumers globally. You will operate as a business leader first and a marketer second — setting the growth agenda, shaping our brand, and directly influencing revenue outcomes across markets. We are looking for a decisive, commercially minded operator who thrives in high-velocity environments and knows how to translate strategy into measurable impact. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Consumer Product, Commercial, Data, Finance, and Regional leaders. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking, deep consumer marketing experience, and a hands-on leadership mindset — comfortable operating in complexity, ambiguity, and high-growth environments.
