About the Team:
Aircall’s GTM Enablement team operates at the heart of our selling motion, translating product innovations into clear value changes to GTM teams whilst building scalable functional foundations to enhance our buyer journey.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role central to every GTM team, that will strengthen your project & stakeholder management abilities, sharpen your communication skills and deepen your functional expertise. With a necessity to eagerly and continuously learn, you will reshape our onboarding engine and become a key xDR stakeholder for all functional changes.
As a GTM Onboarding, Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end onboarding delivery for all our GTM teams to drive process excellence, product excellence, and ensure cross-functional integration. You will design, implement, and reinforce workflows that will be paramount to establishing foundations for success and cement Aircall as a talent incubator.
As an xDR functional expert, you will also partner with RevOps, Marketing and Product teams to provide your expertise and ensure new processes are tailored, adapted and adopted by xDR teams.
