About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Corporate Accountant to support our core accounting operations and financial reporting processes. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, supporting close and reporting cycles, and maintaining strong internal controls within a fast-growing SaaS organization. This is a full-time position based in our Bengaluru, India office. During the initial onboarding period (typically 3 months), the role will primarily work U.S. business hours in a remote capacity to support close collaboration with the team. As the individual gains proficiency and autonomy in the role, the position will transition to a hybrid, in-office schedule in Bengaluru, working standard IST hours. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. Technologies You’ll Use NetSuite, Coupa, FloQast, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite What You’ll Do Own key areas of corporate accounting, including general ledger activities, cash, accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets. Support close processes, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analysis of OpEx and Payroll. Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Partner cross-functionally with FPA, Accounts Payable, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Support external audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries. Help document, maintain, and improve accounting processes to support scalability.
