In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, driving revenue, and building a qualified sales pipeline across a portfolio of civil government entities, public agencies, and policy-driven organizations throughout Northern Europe and EU Institutions, supporting them in the adoption of advanced Earth observation and geospatial solutions.</p> <p>Success in this role requires a high degree of curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving mindset to deeply understand customer needs, explore use cases, and co-create solutions that align technical capabilities with policy objectives and operational requirements.</p> <p>You will work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Product) and with external partners, navigating complex procurement environments and multi-year public sector programs</p> <p>This is a full-time, remote position based in Germany, Netherlands, or the United Kingdom. If located near an office, you are expected to work from that office 3 days per week.</p> <p><strong>Impact You’ll Own:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and grow a portfolio of civil government accounts across Northern Europe (Nordics/Baltics) and EU institutions, from pipeline generation to deal closure</li> <li>Build trusted relationships with ministries, national agencies, space agencies, and public bodies</li> <li>Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including public tenders, RFPs, and framework agreements</li> <li>Develop account strategies aligned with policy objectives, regulatory constraints, and public-sector budget cycles</li> <li>Coordinate internal teams (solutions engineering, customer success, legal, finance) to deliver compliant and compelling proposals</li> <li>Work with partners and system integrators when required to support government programs</li> <li>Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account plans in CRM</li> <li>Represent the company at European conferences, workshops, and institutional meetings</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years in B2G or public sector sales</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field</li> <li>Ability to close complex, high-value, multi-year deals</li> <li>Solid understanding of public procurement processes, including tenders and framework agreements</li> <li>Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing contract and pricing discussions</li> <li>Ability to manage long sales cycles while maintaining momentum and stakeholder engagement</li> <li>Solid curiosity and ...
