The Challenge We are looking for a highly motivated individuals knowledgeable in Data Engineer engineering to be part of our Advertising Cloud Search, Social, Commerce, a leading digital marketing spend optimization platform helping enterprise clients achieving their marketing goals. We are now faced with exciting challenge of continuing the legacy and at the same time evolving and owning the digital marketing space through our innovative solutions. It's a robust agile team that collaborates and works across all functions of true product development. You must be that individual who is highly engaged, motivated and excels at critical thinking and problem solving! What you’ll do Design and build efficient, robust, scalable data pipelines using Medallion Architecture Design efficient API integrations to handle data from external systems. Identify and Implement optimizations to improve the performance and efficiency of data pipelines. Special focus on R&D to challenge status-quo and build solutions that are efficient and cost effective. Collaborate with Product Managers and other collaborators to understand requirements and provide effective solutions. Handle project scope and risks with data, analytics, and creative problem-solving. Enjoy working in fast paced environment. Participate in defining team culture and product vision. What you need to succeed Bachelor's degree or advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field. Proven Industrial experience of 10 years with a focus on ETL pipelines Strong grasp of advanced data processing technologies, including Apache Spark, Hive, Delta Lake or Iceberg Exposure to data catalog tools like DataHub, OpenMetadata, and Apache Atlas Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, and API authentication mechanisms. Hands-on experience with PL/SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other similar database systems. Experience in Advertising domain is an advantage. Passion for automation, experience with automation testing and monitoring tools. Should have excellent computer science fundamentals and understanding and demonstration of Software architecture, design, and performance. Excellent Verbal, Written and interpersonal communication skills. Self-motivated, with ability and curiosity about learning new technologies and adapting quickly to new requirements and environments.
