This role is built for someone who thrives in both in-person and virtual selling environments and knows how to turn events, executive meetings, and targeted campaigns into meaningful pipeline and closed-won business.As an early, high-impact member of the team reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will own enterprise accounts end-to-end, from identifying and engaging senior stakeholders to navigating complex buying processes and closing high-value, multi-threaded deals. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our enterprise motion and accelerating revenue growthThis is a hybrid opportunity: 4x per week in our HQ San Francisco office.Your ImpactOwn and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on six- to seven-figure ARR Enterprise dealsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach efforts.Conduct onsite meetings with prospects and clientsDeliver polished and persuasive executive-level presentations that address client needs and position Sprig as a strategic partnerUse modern AI sales tools to analyze sales performance, track progress, and continuously refine strategiesYour Strengths5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions within high-growth startup companies (ideally Series A-C)Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environmentExceptional prospecting skills with the ability to independently build and manage a pipelineWillingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time for onsite client engagementsFamiliarity with modern sales tools like Gong, Outreach, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorSelf-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environmentBenefits & PerksCompetitive SalaryCompetitive Employee Equity401K ProgramMedical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsFSA/HSA Benefit$175/month Commuter BenefitAdditional Wellbeing BenefitsFlexible Paid Time OffPaid Parental LeaveProfessional Development StipendHybrid Office PolicyLunch and dinner dailyCompany Sponsored Social EventsAt Sprig, we pride ourselves on being a people-first company, where your contributions truly matter and are valued.
