For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office. ROLE: SentiLink hires high-caliber generalists to work on the company’s most important problems across strategy, operations, product, and go-to-market. Rather than hiring for a single predefined role, this position is part of a shared hiring pipeline for candidates who fit a common profile: highly analytical, high-agency builders and operators who can drive complex, cross-functional work. During the recruiting process, we will work with you to identify the role where you can have the greatest impact based on your strengths and interests, as well as business needs. Examples of roles you may be considered for include: - Strategy & Operations (S&O) - Solutions Analytics (SA) - Product & GTM roles (e.g., PGTML, GTM Engineering) - Product Management (select roles) - AI Process and Strategy - Growth or Revenue Leadership You will join the team aligned with your role and report directly into that function, with clear ownership and accountability from day one. RESPONSIBILITIES: Your specific responsibilities will depend on the role you are aligned to, but you will be expected to take ownership of complex, high-impact problems and drive them from definition through execution.
