As an Office and People Manager in Tirana, you’ll keep our entire operation running, juggle projects, coordinate our office movement and establish new structures that elevate our day-to-day across the team. You’re the go-to person everyone turns to when we need clarity or support. YOUR TASKS - You will lead and support the strategic and operational development of the Albanian office of amber, including finding and organizing the move to a bigger office - You will take full responsibility for our offices: you will design on-site formats to strengthen our office culture, and you will run day-to-day office management with excellence - You will plan and execute team events at amber - from summer parties to company-wide workations abroad to memorable holiday celebrations - You will identify optimization opportunities, introduce new tools and hardware, and automate processes so everything runs even more smoothly - You will handle recurring and ad-hoc operational tasks, including hardware procurement and office supply orders YOUR QUALIFICATIONS - You are a team player and a strong communicator with a keen sense for interpersonal relationships - You have first experience with organizing and executing internal events - You have the drive to contribute, take ownership, and act as the interface between diverse internal and external stakeholders - You communicate clearly and reliably in Englisch and Albanian.
