Staff Product Designer, Care & Clinical Workflows

As a Staff Product Designer, you will operate as a strategic leader and force-multiplier focused on designing the next generation of internal systems that power our personalized, all-in-one care model. This is a high-autonomy role where you will be responsible for defining the long-term vision and strategy for the tools used by our Member Care Advocates and clinical leadership. Your work will directly enable clinicians and care teams to rapidly define, test, and optimize workflows, leading to measurable improvements in patient outcomes, care quality, and organizational scale. You will work at the intersection of complex clinical logic, human-centered workflow design, and data-driven experimentation. You’ll be expected to champion a bold vision, simplify highly ambiguous problems, and actively influence the product roadmap across multiple teams, advocating for design excellence at all levels, including executive leadership.
