SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - EQUITY SUMMARY As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the execution and evolution of Deel’s Equity product, a fast-growing and strategically important area within our Core Data organisation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, engineers, and cross-functional partners across compliance, payroll, and compensation to deliver a best-in-class global equity experience. This role sits at the intersection of fintech, payroll, HR, and compliance. You will be responsible for translating complex equity concepts into scalable product solutions, helping power one of Deel’s most important and rapidly expanding revenue lines. WHY THIS ROLE Equity is a critical component of how companies attract, retain, and reward talent globally, yet it remains highly complex, fragmented, and manual — especially when you go global.
