Accountant - FTC

We’re looking for an Accountant to help us run a slick & efficient support function in Financial Control for our electric vehicle leasing business.  You will be working within the accounting team and wider finance team to assist with day-to-day financial management and importantly in the identification and implementation of process improvements.  Your role will include the preparation of monthly reconciliations for Octopus EV, reporting on variances as required and working with the team, the wider company and funders to rectify variances. You will be working closely with the business to assist with day-to-day financial management and identifying any commercial risks or opportunities to improve the business’ financial controls and internal processes.  We need someone that has a great eye for detail, is self-driven to own accounts and processes, is able to automate processes using large data sets and assist with other improvements as the business grows.
