Our mission is ambitious and we can’t do it alone - join Abacum as we build the future of Business Planning! About the Role: This is a mission-critical role for Abacum. We’re scaling fast, and this role will shape how we scale faster. You’ll have a direct impact on how the company operates, executes, and grows. We’re looking for someone to lead Abacum’s AI transformation from the inside. This is not a consulting or experimentation role. You will be hands-on building agents, redesigning workflows, and embedding AI into how every team operates. Your first focus will be GTM. You’ll rethink how we generate pipeline, run outbound, qualify leads, and execute sales using AI. From there, you’ll expand across the rest of the company. The goal is simple: make Abacum move faster, with less manual work, and more leverage per person. Over time, you will help reshape how every function operates, turning AI into a real competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities 1. Redesign GTM using AI: Rebuild how we generate pipeline, run outbound, qualify leads, and execute sales using AI. This is your first priority. 2. Build and scale AI workflows: Identify high-friction processes, and design and deploy agents and automations that eliminate repetitive work and increase output across the company. 3. Enable teams and drive adoption: Make AI usable in day-to-day work across teams through playbooks, templates, and hands-on support, while tracking the business impact of what you build. 4. Own the AI stack and governance: Define our internal AI stack, integrate with core systems, and establish guardrails for security, data privacy, and reliability. What We Are Looking For 1. Understands SaaS and our context: You’ve worked in SaaS and understand how product-driven companies operate. You have exposure to finance, and you understand the GTM motion of a company like Abacum. 2. Technical builder: You have hands-on experience with LLM APIs, automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make), and basic scripting (Python/SQL). You can build agents, connect systems, and ship real workflows end-to-end. 3. Systems thinker: You can take messy, human-driven processes and turn them into clean, scalable systems. You understand how tools, data, and teams connect. 4. High ownership and intensity: You take full ownership of problems, move fast, and push things to completion. You’re comfortable operating with urgency and ambiguity. 5. Ambitious and driven: You want to have an outsized impact.
