Position Summary This role offers robust litigation experience in a supportive environment where your voice and perspective matter. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support case evaluation, strategy development, and legal research Draft complaints, discovery, meet-and-confer letters, motions, and briefs Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences with partner guidance Work directly with clients to understand their experiences and goals Assist with preparing cases for hearings, settlement, or trial Collaborate closely with partners, paralegals, and intake team members Perform additional responsibilities that support excellent case outcomes Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills Passion for representing employees and advancing workplace justice Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients Organized, adaptable, and eager to grow Education & Experience Recent law school graduate or early-career attorney Licensed in Nevada or awaiting bar results Experience in employment law (internships/clinics) a plus #SolvoHRGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
