Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary We are hiring an Inside Sales Closer / Inside Sales Representative to work warm inbound leads and close sales. This role is ideal for experienced phone sales professionals who are motivated by performance-based pay and consistent lead flow. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Contact and close pre-qualified warm inbound leads Conduct discovery calls and present products and services Build rapport and recommend appropriate solutions Handle objections and close deals over the phone Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and quotas Track leads, activity, and pipeline in CRM Follow up with prospects to move deals to close Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proven ability to close deals over the phone Strong communication and negotiation skills Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven Education & Experience 2+ years of inside sales or phone sales experience Experience with CRM systems #SolvoHRGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
