Job Description
The Solution Consultant is responsible for providing support to sales and business development teams in closing sales opportunities. The scope of this job includes conducting discovery meetings, delivering technical demonstrations, crafting statements of work, and contributing to formal proposals. This job will play a pivotal role in showcasing our solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery and requirements gathering sessions with existing clients and new prospects.
Administer technical demonstrations by highlighting key features and benefits of our offerings in an engaging and persuasive manner with the ultimate goal of driving sales and generating revenue.
Explain in detail how various features and functions of our solutions can meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
Consult with prospective clients in making informed purchasing decisions by providing solution recommendations and addressing concerns effectively.
Attend relevant user conferences and provide support for sales team members.
Industry trends — staying current with healthcare technology trends, competitive landscape, and emerging solutions to better position demos and advise clients
Cross-functional collaboration — relaying client feedback to product and implementation teams to support continuous improvement
Demo environment ownership — developing and maintaining demo scripts and materials tailored to different care settings and client personas
Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Revenue Cycle Management expertise
Job Expectations:
Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
