Transactional Operations, Investor Onboarding - Analyst / Associate

About the Role iCapital is seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join the Transactional Operations team, with a primary focus on onboarding services. The Transactional Operations team plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s growing investor base and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple stages of the investor lifecycle. The role centers on providing comprehensive operational support for feeder funds, including subscription processing, close management, document remediation, transfers and remediations, as well as oversight of these transactions for direct funds. This individual will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders within a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. The team supports investors, financial advisors, home office personnel, administrators, and numerous internal parties. Responsibilities Provide dedicated support throughout initial onboarding and subsequent transactional processing for feeder funds. Work closely with fund administrators to ensure seamless client experience; ensure SLAs are met. Support high-profile fund managers and distributors in their fundraising efforts by assisting their clients through the subscription process and managing fund closings, with a strong dedication to successful client outcomes. Provide oversight on all transaction types for direct funds. Collaborate with the Technology team to optimize the user experience through enhancements to the company’s proprietary technology platform. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field 1-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably within a fund administrator or client service role or the alternative investment industry Experience with transactional support for alternative investments (i.e. subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions) A basic understanding of industry standard AML, tax, and CRS documentation and requirements Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Interest or knowledge in technology Benefits The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
