Overview The Real‑Time Payments team is seeking a Manager, Product Management to support the delivery and evolution of A2A Services. This role focuses on execution excellence, product enhancement delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration, working closely with matrixed partners across Franchise, Product, Technology, CX&D, and regional market teams. Role In this strategic position, you will: Contribute to the definition and delivery of the A2A Services roadmap by developing new services aligned to strategic focus areas and validated market demand. Own the end‑to‑end delivery of assigned product capabilities using the Studio framework, ensuring high‑quality execution. Pro-actively partner with cross‑functional teams (Product, Technology, CX&D, Operations) across Mastercard to define clear requirements and readiness plans. Apply a data‑driven, test‑and‑learn approach to shape and develop services in response to market demand, validating assumptions and value across the product development lifecycle.. Incorporate a strong understanding of the broader A2A payments ecosystem into ongoing product management, including regulatory, legal, technology, and competitive considerations. Proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies within the Software Development Lifecycle, escalating with solutions. Maintain strong product documentation to support operational readiness and institutional knowledge. Understand Mastercard’s business model and take key financial or commercial factors into consideration to positively influence revenue delivery and cost efficiency Actively partner with the Guilds to create best practices within the Program with a focus on driving continuous improvement in the Program’s operating model and make proposals to Program leadership on enhancement opportunities All About You The ideal candidate for this position should: Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to partner effectively across cross‑functional teams and operate comfortably in matrixed organizations with shared ownership and accountability.
