We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst within our Business Intelligence organization to work with the Customer Value product team. The Customer Value team is responsible for matching members to providers, routing members to the appropriate care, and forecasting utilization for each of our customers. This position will be critical in building out the metric tree that shows the north star metrics that the Customer Value product team drives, and the component metrics that provide visibility into the drivers and influences that they should be focused on to do root cause analysis. It is vital that the Customer Value team can measure the impact of precision care routing (PCR) on financial performance to uncover optimization opportunities. Equipping the team with this BI support is critical to their success. You’ll operate in a cross functional data team that includes data scientists and analytics engineers, all of whom are working towards this goal with you. This is a full time position on our team that reports to the Associate Director, Analytics - Product and Revenue. This is a remote position that may require occasional travel for company or team events.
What you’ll be doing
Partner with the Customer Value team to build, maintain, and improve reporting infrastructure that supports our provider experience metrics and related KPIs.
Develop a metric tree for any distinct Customer Value team with a separate North Star Metric, that can be broken down into component metrics and influences.
Develop dashboards and data visualizations that empower non technical users within the Customer Value team to understand overall trends and drill into drivers of metric movements.
Support the Customer Value sub-team responsible for routing members to the right care by measuring the impact of this routing on financial performance.
Partner with the data science team to dive deeper into major trends, helping us understand what is driving those changes.
Ensure downstream teams can access and utilize data effectively by providing training, documentation and support for the dashboards and data products you deliver.
Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of metrics, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data alignment across the business.
Work with our analytics engineering team to maintain the core data models in dbt that support these metrics and ensure data consistency.
