YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As a Junior Brand and Marketing Designer at Leapsome, you’ll be an essential part of our design team, working side-by-side with our Design Lead to bring ideas to life across brand and marketing touch points. This role is specifically designed for a designer early in their career who understands the unique pace and needs of a B2B product-focused environment.
You won’t just “execute briefs”; you’ll help shape how we design faster and smarter by exploring, testing, and implementing AI-powered design tools. If you love visual storytelling within a structured brand framework, thrive in a high-impact setting, and understand the difference between agency-style output and building a cohesive product brand, this role is for you.
This position is initially offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension or transition to a permanent position based on performance and business needs
WHAT IS YOUR JOB?
- Execute B2B Marketing Assets: Support a wide range of tasks including LinkedIn ads, webinar slides, campaign visuals, and presentations that align strictly with Leapsome’s brand guidelines.
- Product-Focused Design: Apply your design skills to a product-centric environment, focusing on consistency and the long-term visual evolution of our brand rather than one-off agency projects.
- You transform concepts into high-fidelity visuals using Adobe Creative Suite. Whether it’s pixel-perfect assets or collaborating on UI/UX projects in Figma, I’m the engine behind the design team’s high-quality output.
- AI Experimentation:Take the lead in exploring AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly), testing and comparing what works best, and figuring out which are actually worth pursuing. Turn what you learn into clear recommendations on what we should use, when to use it, and how it helps us move faster without losing quality.
- Iterate at Pace: Continuously refine assets based on feedback, demonstrating high adaptability and the ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Structured Communication: Clearly articulate your design decisions and project progress, ensuring alignment across the marketing and design teams.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- B2B Experience: You have foundational experience in graphic design, ideally within a B2B marketing team or product-focused setting (through internships or junior roles).
- Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Drive high-quality visual output using Adobe Creative Suite, with Figma as a valuable secondary tool for UI/UX design and collaboration with the Design Lead.
