Department Overview
The Accounting Department serves as the financial backbone and strategic compass of the organization. Beyond managing accounts, the team translates complex data into the essential insights that guide executive decision-making and ensure long-term stability.
Their reports and reconciliations directly influence business strategy. Furthermore, the team manages complex audits with expertise, ensuring transparent, real-time financial clarity.
They oversee all financial operations, ranging from day-to-day accounts payable and receivable to complex tax compliance and strategic forecasting. Their commitment is to provide these services with unwavering accuracy and professional excellence.
Job Description
Responsabilites
Monthly Journal Entries: Expertly prepare and execute monthly journal entries with a keen eye for accuracy.
Prepare finance corporate report (House orde, Itr, variations)
General Ledger Analysis: Drill down into general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Intercompany Coordination: Skillfully coordinate processes across companies, resolving discrepancies between locations to achieve smooth operations.
Financial Statement Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of schedules and analysis for the financial statement audit.
Balance sheet Multi-Currency Reconciliation: Manage the reconciliation of intercompany transactions involving multiple currencies for international entities.
Tax knowledge (Liquidation and presentation of monthly taxes, (VAT, WHT, Tax reconciliation)
Manage daily cash reconciliations, bank reconciliation and cash flow
This is a 100% onsite role. Our office is based in Bosques de Alisos No. 125, Colonia Bosques de las Lomas, Ciudad de México.

Basic Requirements
Bachelor's in Accounting is highly desirable.
Experience 3 years working in Accounting activities
“Big 4” experience is preferred
Oracle experience is preferred
International background is preferred
US GAAP Knowledge is preferred
High analytic and reporting skills
High knowledge in taxes and internal control
High communication skill
English domain is highly desirable.
Familiar with oracle
Good at Microsoft office, especially at Excel and PPT, Google tools
