We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Tax and Legal to join the Legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives related to tax planning, compliance, corporate structuring, and regulatory matters. In addition, you will oversee outside tax counsel and other related advisors, ensuring work is scoped appropriately, delivered on time, and aligned with the firm’s objectives. You will partner with teams across the company to coordinate complex tax and legal projects, including entity structuring, domestic and international tax compliance, and other strategic initiatives. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external advisors to drive execution, improve processes, and help scale our legal and tax infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to shape how we manage significant tax matters and outside counsel relationships, and to build durable systems that support the firm’s long-term growth. This role is open to remote work in the US or hybrid in our Berkeley or New York office.
