You'll work hands-on with advanced automated equipment, ensuring high-quality circuit board assembly while maintaining our industry-leading speed and precision standards.No direct experience with electronics manufacturing is necessary, but we like curious people willing to learn. You enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology meets manufacturing excellence.What You'll Work OnThe types of work you'll do:Equipment Operation - Running and monitoring automated SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines and assembly equipmentQuality Control - Performing visual inspections, testing, and quality checks on assembled circuit boardsMaterial Handling - Managing component inventory, kitting parts, and maintaining organized workstation areasProcess Optimization - Following standard operating procedures and suggesting improvements to increase efficiencyMachine Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting basic issues, and coordinating with technical teamsDocumentation - Recording production data, tracking metrics, and maintaining accurate work logsSafety Compliance - Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environmentWhat We're Looking ForYou might be a great fit if:You have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing quality workYou're comfortable working with technology and learning new automated systemsYou can follow detailed procedures while also thinking critically about process improvementsYou work well both independently and as part of a teamYou're physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling small componentsYou have a positive attitude and adapt well to changing priorities in a growing companyNice to have: Experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or working with automated equipment.
