This role ensures high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while leading a team of cardiac technicians and support staff.</p> <h2>Location</h2> <p>This position will supervise cardiac testing facilities at both our Pomona and Rancho Cucamonga locations.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Staff Management:</strong> Supervise, train, and evaluate cardiac technicians and support staff across both locations, including scheduling, performance management, and professional development.</li> <li><strong>Operations Management:</strong> Coordinate daily operations of the cardiac testing department, ensuring efficient workflow, equipment maintenance, and resource utilization.</li> <li><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Implement and maintain quality control programs to ensure accuracy of cardiac diagnostic procedures and compliance with regulatory standards.</li> <li><strong>Patient Care:</strong> Ensure exceptional patient care through proper test preparation, education, and follow-up protocols.</li> <li><strong>Multi-Site Coordination:</strong> Effectively manage operations between Pomona and Rancho Cucamonga facilities, ensuring consistent protocols and service quality.</li> <li><strong>Protocol Development:</strong> Develop, implement, and review departmental policies and procedures in accordance with current guidelines and best practices.</li> <li><strong>Budget Management:</strong> Assist in preparing and managing department budgets, including equipment acquisition and maintenance planning.</li> <li><strong>Interdepartmental Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and testing services.</li> <li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Ensure departmental adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.</li> <li><strong>Technology Management:</strong> Oversee the implementation and utilization of cardiac testing equipment and related technologies.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <h3>Required Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>2-3 year experience in Cardiovascular Technology, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field</li> <li>Previous supervisory experience (2+ years preferred)</li> <li>Knowledge of cardiac testing procedures including ECG, stress testing, Holter monitoring, and echocardiography</li> <li>Understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation ...
