Lead Hardware Engineer

The Position This role will position you as a key leader on Reach’s hardware engineering team. As a Hardware Lead Engineer, you will technically drive a significant section of Reach’s hardware engineering team and develop robust hardware systems that are integral to Reach’s wireless power beaming network. You will also conduct research to improve the performance, flexibility, and integrability of Reach’s technology. As the lead in a small company, you will have a great deal of agency over your work, plenty of opportunity to discover and solve new challenges, and the ability to make large-impact decisions. It will be critical that you are a creative problem solver with strong curiosity, a passionate, proactive spirit eager to add value before it’s requested or identified by others.
