We’re a quickly-growing team that truly enjoys working together, headquartered in downtown San Francisco in the historic Phelan Building.Role SummaryVolley is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator (Contract) to serve as the operational backbone for our performance marketing and influencer programs. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who thrives on organization, moves fast, and wants to build fluency across the full stack of digital marketing operations.What You'll Do at Volley:Traffic and track creative assets across paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and CTV partners).Execute ad operations tasks including campaign setup, QA, and troubleshooting within platform interfaces.Maintain and improve tracking systems for influencer outreach, content production, and campaign performance.Generate routine reports, charts, and executive updates using tools like Amplitude and Tableau.Coordinate with internal stakeholders—Design, Product, and Data—to keep projects on track and ensure clear communication.Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to automate repetitive work and scale your impact.We're Excited About You Because You HaveStrong organizational instincts and attention to detail.Comfort working in ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads) or eagerness to learn quickly.Proficiency in spreadsheets; familiarity with BI tools (Amplitude, Tableau) is a plusClear, concise written communication.Genuine curiosity about AI and automation—already experimenting with language models or eager to start.Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines without dropping balls.Bonus PointsMarketing coordinator, marketing operations, or ad operations experience.Interest in games, entertainment, or consumer technology.Exposure to CTV or consumer subscription app advertising.Experience with influencer marketing workflows.Familiarity with mobile attribution or MMP tools.Our StackTikTokMeta AmazonThe Hiring ProcessStage 1 (Preliminary Video Call): with a member of our Recruitment teamStage 2 (Hiring Manager Call): with the team's Hiring ManagerStage 3 (Onsite Interview): with various cross-functional partners and team membersStage 4 (Founder Chat) with our FoundersAs an AI company, we’re a huge believer in the value of AI tools.
