Inscribe is backed by Threshold Ventures, Uncork Capital, Y Combinator, Crosslink Capital, and Foundry, and is headquartered in San Francisco, CA.Inscribe is hiring a Marketing Specialist to help execute and scale our most effective go-to-market channels, including events, SEO, web, email, LinkedIn, and creative programs like direct mail.This role is designed for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience running real campaigns that drive pipeline. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support campaigns end-to-end: from planning and coordination, to execution, to follow-up and learning.We already know which channels work. Your job will be to help run them well, consistently, and with care while bringing fresh ideas and energy to how they’re executed. You’ll start with strong guidance and clear priorities, and over time you’ll take on more ownership as you build confidence and expertise.This is a highly practical role with exposure to how modern GTM teams operate, and a clear path to grow into broader marketing responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesExecute go-to-market campaigns across events, email, web, SEO, and LinkedInOwn end-to-end execution of assigned campaigns, especially eventsManage campaign logistics including lists, invites, reminders, and follow-upSupport outbound and follow-up efforts tied to campaign and event leadsHelp run creative programs such as direct mail and giftingTrack and maintain lead data and follow-up in Salesforce and email toolsPartner with Sales to ensure timely and high-quality lead follow-upMonitor engagement and conversion signals and summarize learningsDocument campaign processes and best practicesAbout You1–3 years of experience in marketing, GTM, or related rolesComfortable with hands-on, sometimes repetitive execution workHighly organized with strong attention to detailCurious, coachable, and eager to learnConfident asking questions and collaborating cross-functionallyInterested in growing into broader marketing responsibilitiesRead through this whole this page (the easter egg is "x-ray")Familiar with basic marketing tools; CRM experience is a plusFamiliar with B2B SaaS; fintech, banking, or fraud experience is a plus BenefitsAt Inscribe, we are building a company and culture where everyone can produce their best work.
