About the role - In this role, you would be working on our flagship application ProInsight - AI application to generate insights from consumer conversations to augment performance and ensure compliance for consumer finance. You’ll work with modern tech stacks, collaborate with ML experts, and tackle complex engineering challenges to shape the future of intelligent automation in financial services. 🏆 Responsibilities Code, design, test and deploy in a heterogeneous technology environment Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code, ensuring best engineering practices Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables Conduct code reviews, adhering to coding standards Own the product and feature builds end to end from concept to deployment Optimize and improve existing backend systems for speed, efficiency, and scalability Eager to pickup up necessary front end changes, though would be infrequent. Drive frequent innovation and ideation, experimenting with proof of concepts to bring new ideas and technologies to the team ✅ Requirements B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent 2+ years experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on customer facing products Expertise in Python with an eagerness to learn and adapt to new languages Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Postgresql etc. Experience working with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, Cloudfront, SQS and more Experience working with logging and monitoring tools such as Sentry, Cloudwatch, Prometheus, Grafana etc Experience with A/B testing tools, with a keen interest in experimenting with new ideas and staged releases for control user groups Bonus: Foundational knowledge in fundamentals of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Good problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
