About this Role: We’re seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Platform Engineering team at Fam. In this role, you’ll own the design, development, operational excellence, and quality assurance of the underlying infrastructure and developer platforms that power our product teams. You’ll drive scalability, reliability, automation, and testing standards across our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, internal tooling, and developer workflows. This role requires strong technical leadership combined with people management skills to build a robust platform engineering function that enables rapid, secure, and high-quality product innovation.
