This role serves as the entry point for all RFP activity within an assigned region and is a critical support partner to the Regional Vice President and assigned Benefit Consultants.The Sales Coordinator works directly with Angle Health’s distribution partners—including brokers, benefit consultants, agents, and General Agencies (GAs)—to ensure a fast, accurate, and high-quality sales experience. This is an ideal role for someone with 1–2 years of experience in group benefits or health insurance who is highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable operating in a high-volume environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary intake and coordination point for all RFPs within an assigned regionDirectly support the Regional Vice President and Benefit ConsultantsWork closely with brokers, benefit consultants, agents, and General Agencies as the day-to-day sales support contactManage high volumes of emails, RFPs, and inbound partner requestsCoordinate census data, RFP documentation, and proposal workflowsEnsure accurate and timely opportunity entry and updates in internal systemsTrack deal progress, deadlines, and outstanding requirementsCommunicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partnersAssist with sales operations, reporting, and continuous process improvementHelp ensure a consistent, responsive experience for all distribution partnersQualifications & Experience1–2 years of experience in group benefits, health insurance, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a regionSelf-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environmentComfortable handling high volumes of RFPs, emails, and partner communicationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable using technology, CRMs, and productivity toolsGeneral understanding of health insurance and employer-sponsored benefitsPreferred:Experience on the carrier side of the businessExperience in a marketing role at a benefits agency (marketing groups to carriers)Familiarity with broker / GA distribution modelsLife & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)About UsBacked by a team of world class investors, we are a healthcare startup on a mission to make our health system more effective, accessible, and affordable to everyone.
