About the RoleAs our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll manage end-to-end hiring for a mix of tech and business roles. You’ll work directly with hiring managers to understand requirements, source candidates, and guide them through a structured and efficient recruitment process. If you bring discipline to pipeline management and care about creating a smooth candidate experience, this role is a good fit.What You’ll DoRun full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across engineering, product, data, and business functionsHold role intake sessions with hiring managers to clarify requirements and align on interview stepsSource actively through LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals, and targeted outreachMaintain organized pipelines inside the ATS and keep candidate records up to dateConduct initial screens to assess technical skills, motivation, and culture fitCoordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support hiring managers with decision-makingTrack pipeline progress, share weekly updates, and highlight risks or bottlenecksWrite clear, attractive job descriptions and support employer brand contentSuggest improvements to interview structure or sourcing strategy when neededWhat You’ll Need3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a tech or startup environmentFamiliarity with recruiting engineering, product, or data rolesComfortable sourcing passive candidates and managing outreach campaignsStrong communication and coordination skills, especially with hiring managersKnowledge of ATS tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or LeverOrganized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-upInterest in using basic recruitment metrics to improve speed and qualityWho We AreThndr gives anyone with a smartphone access to simple and intuitive investing products.
