It’s a unique moment to join us—we’re building a category-defining company in a fast-moving space, and we’re looking for teammates who are excited to help shape the future of wellness.The Role:As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first person potential customers connect with when they discover Arketa. You'll work with fitness business owners who are already interested in what we offer—whether they've signed up for a trial, requested a demo, or downloaded our content.Your role bridges marketing and sales, turning warm leads into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. You'll spend your days understanding what fitness entrepreneurs need, qualifying their fit with Arketa, and setting up demos that help them see how our platform can transform their business.If you love talking to people about their goals, enjoy problem-solving, and want to help wellness businesses thrive, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make an impact while building your sales career.What You’ll Do: Connect with interested prospects: Reach out to leads from trials, events, content downloads, and marketing campaigns via phone, email, and SMSQualify and prioritize leads: Understand each prospect's business needs, timeline, and decision-making process to determine their fit with ArketaSchedule high-quality demos: Set up meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs with complete contextBecome an Arketa expert: Understand our platform inside and out so you can speak confidently about how we solve real problems for fitness businessesKeep everything organized: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, track lead progression, and ensure nothing falls through the cracksCollaborate across teams: Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead quality and provide feedback on campaign performanceFollow up strategically: Stay connected with prospects who aren't ready to move forward immediately, nurturing them until they're ready for next stepsWhat We’re Looking For: Customer-focused experience: Background in customer-facing or sales roles where you've helped people solve problemsStrong communication skills: You can explain complex ideas simply and build rapport quickly over phone, email, and videoOrganized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple conversations and priorities without missing important detailsCurious and coachable: You ask good questions, listen actively, and are eager to learn about both our platform and our customers' businessesResilient and motivated: You stay positive when prospects aren't ready and keep pushing toward your goalsTech-savvy: Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and comfortable with sales tools and technologyFitness enthusiast: Bonus points if you understand the wellness industry and have experience with fitness studios or similar small businessesWhat We Offer:Competitive Salary, Stock Options, and Performance-based BonusesComprehensive Medical, Vision and Dental InsuranceUnlimited PTOAnnual Company OffsitesWellness ReimbursementCatered Lunches/SnacksOwnership and Opportunity for AdvancementFor this role, the estimated annual base salary is up to $50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
