You’ll work closely with our Account Executives and play a critical role across both pre-sales and post-sales activities. Your contributions will be essential to achieving revenue goals while ensuring seamless product integration, strong adoption, high customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.What you’ll own:Daily collaboration with Account Executives in a pre-sales role to understand and document customer technical requirements, performance Service Level Objectives (SLOs), consistency requirements, and software architectureTranslation of complex technical details for a variety of stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and understanding across teamsBuilding live permissions schema design sessions, tailored solutions leveraging our products, and designing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate solutions with prospectsLeading virtual and in-person demos and deep-dive technical sessionsIdentifying product gaps and communicating these to our product team to help shape the future of our offeringsCreation, improvement, and maintenance of dynamic customer demos, troubleshooting technical issues to ensure customer successLong-term customer success in the post-sales role for all accounts assignedWhat you bring:Experience: Minimum 3 years in a solutions engineering role or similar technical position, preferably in a customer-facing capacityEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a relevant field. Directly related work experience may also be considered in lieu of formal educationTechnical Proficiency:Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres), including defining schemas, performing migrations , and writing SQL queriesProficient in designing and deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and managing Kubernetes clustersSkilled in at least two of the following programming languages: Go, Node, Java, Ruby, or PythonExperience integrating against HTTP APIs, including handling str ...
